Bayridge Avenue is a sunny 5 Bedroom contemporary Craftsman home situated in beautiful West Vancouver only 2 blocks away from the ocean with views of Vancouver Island in the distance.

The kitchen has an island and three bar stools with honed granite throughout and is complete with a pantry. The large dining room features a solid cherry dining table with seating for 12. The floor to ceiling granite wrap around fireplace is the focal point of the dining-living room area.

The Master bedroom comes complete with walk-in closet, rain shower, claw tub and a private deck.

There is a bar area for entertaining on the ground floor. The backyard has a playground for children with two swings, a tube slide and a full deck with toys included.

Bayridge Avenue is conveniently located in a quiet and green neighbourhood but yet close to the highway which connects Vancouver to Whistler.

I found EMR vacation to be very efficient and very much enjoyed the stay. Two points spoiled the accommodation. The first being that paying so much money and renting the property for a month I'd have expected a cleaning service at least once. Its a couple of hundred dollars so should be a matter of course for a long rental. Secondly, whilst the property was great in this day and age they can't expect repeat rentals if they don't have a half decent plasma TV. The main living areas had one TV tucked in a corner with one sofa for two, ridiculous for such a big home. Admittedly there are tvs in the bedrooms but all groups like to get together and watch a movie in the evenings at some point. I wouldn't rent this property again for this reason- the owners need to get a comfortable TV viewing area. Besides this the house was great and we very much enjoyed staying there.

House location was excellent, easily accessible from both Whistler and Vancouver.

Pool and hot tub were also very nice. Enjoyed those immensely.
We had a blast. It is truly a remarkable city and enjoyed unbelievable weather and fantastic activities, especially sitting on the wonderful porches watching amazing sunsets every night.
