Snuggle into this newly renovated, beautiful walk-up loft in the heart of the West End. This 700squarefoot, 18 foot vaulted ceiling, two-level, 1 bedroom loft with full set of stairs, is on the second and top floor of a low rise building, overlooking Nelson Park. In winter months when the leaves are gone, there is a partial view of Cypress Mountain.
The condo features laminate flooring, ceramic tiling and wool carpeting a queen size bed with four drawers and Tempurpedic mattress. It has a stunning wood and wrought iron railing, brick walls, built-in office and bookshelves a gorgeous oak bar with four swiveling very comfy bar stools. The marble bistro table for 2 or 4 settings is handy to the kitchen which has black floating glass Jenn-Air appliances complete with a dishwasher and the stunning French granite countertops faux stone hearth in the kitchen under 3 large skylights that let the sunshine in. The stacking washer/dryer is in a separate closet makes for silent laundry. It has chandeliers, original artwork, electric fireplace and a lovely window seat with box compartments for storage. The chaise lounge couch that pulls out into a very comfy queen size bed, large screen TV play DVDs with your computer, wireless internet, free long distance calls to most countries in the world via VOIP telephone. One secure, underground parking spot is available as well as a bike room. You will be close and in walking distance to Rogers Arena, BC Place, Robson Street and Davie Street. Just a little further gets you to Stanley Park, Denman Street, the beach and Gastown and Yaletown.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and a Bank Wire Transfer are all accepted methods of payment. All payments are in Canadian dollars. All reservations must be secured by a credit card.

The loft and its location worked well for us. We would have liked to have had some kind of automatic coffee maker and the kitchen was not as useful for us as we would have liked. The beds and bedding and bath were all very good, as was the sitting area. Although we had been warned that it was a second story unit, we did not realize that it was above a two story unit, effectively making it a third story unit. Our arrival was complicated due to our not having the information for contacting the greeter and the one way streets that prevented us from accessing the unit's parking, although with the patience of the greeter we eventually had success. Overall our stay at the Nelson Street loft allowed us to experience Vancouver more as a resident than a tourist. It was the kind of experience we were seeking. Thank you for assisting us.

We had an enjoyable time in Vancouver which is a beautiful city.
The accommodation is in a very convenient and central location. It was, however, disappointingly dirty. We had to clean the kitchen and wash all equipment before use. Kitchen and bathroom cupboards are dirty and long haired rugs in the living room are not suitable for this type of let. The cleaners had obviously not got behind the furniture. The television did not work for most of the week. There were not enough pillowcases.
Thank you very much for sharing your experience with us at the Nelson Street Loft. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay in Vancouver and found the property to be in a convenient location. We will be looking into why the property was not cleaned properly prior to your arrival. This is not acceptable to EMR Vacation Rentals.
