This home's ideal location means you will be within walking distance to some of Vancouver's most charming and elegant neighbourhoods as well as a 2 minute walk to the main transit link on Broadway with most of the major Olympic venues less than a 15 minute ride away.

A few minutes east of the apartment is the sophisticated South Granville Street shopping area, which in turn leads to the famous Granville Island Market. Here you can shop for fresh local produce or browse the many artisan stores tucked along its side streets. To the north is the trendy West 4th Ave - offering the best in shopping, award winning restaurants, and nightlife including theatre and cinema. A few blocks further will take you too the stunning Kitsilano beach and Kits Point Park, housing cafes, museums, the planetarium and offering up the awe inspiring vista of the beaches, city and snow capped mountains behind. From here you can catch the water taxi to Vancouver's exclusive Yaletown district and Downtown areas for further exploring.

PAYMENTS REQUIRED
