The apartment is in a quiet residential area with stunning views, it is a basement conversion hence it is extremely noisy with no insulation so you can hear every step above.The soil pipes are visible and exposed in the apartment ceiling hence you can hear the water gushing through the pipes day and night.
The apartment is furnished tastefully and is very homely.
Comfortable beds although we couldn’t sleep due to the noise above.
There was an ant infestation we had them crawling over us in bed we addressed this issue to the agent who did not acknowledge our concern, they chose not to communicate with us until the check out when we had an automated message.
The shower cubicle is very small I could not wash my hair in the shower as it was too small to raise my arms. The bedroom drawers were very dirty we had to clean them.Toilet seat was wobbly, but we fixed it , the oven was unsteady so we stabilised it with cardboard.There were no blinds in the bedroom.

We loved this place. There were 3 of us so we chose the lower property. As soon as we walked through the door we felt at home.
Beautifully furnished and well laid out. Decor is stylish with local art and sculptures making it feel authentic to the island.
The flow of the property works very well and kitchen is fantastically equipped as is the laundry room.
As the lower floor of the house, the bathroom (particularly the shower enclosure ) has quite a low ceiling which is a bit limiting for anyone approaching 6 feet in height or over but all the other rooms are fine.
The rear garden overlooking the bay is the stand out and comfortable with everything you need for relaxing outside.
Felt very comfortable here and it was a pleasure to stay here. Thank you.

Also, the unit was very well-equipped. It even had a computer, a printer, a coffee machine, a fireplace, and a barbecue.
Negative:
The shower area was small. If you are a tall person, most likely you need to hunch a bit to fit there.
Also, the room temperature wasn’t consistent everywhere. Some rooms could get too hot with the heater while some areas never got warm enough.
