You can watch the cruise ships and barges slowly go through the Straight of Juan de Fuca from both the lower and upstairs balconies. The Tuscany Villa features hardwood floors, stone staircase, cove ceilings and iron decorative railings. The open floor plan lets you enjoy the light and airiness of the total square footage of the home. The colors are traditional Italian and Spanish. Enjoy your own private steam shower and Jacuzzi in the 1500 square foot private master bedroom suite with a three-sided fireplace and bar. The home has all the amenities to make you feel like it's yours. It is tastefully furnished and is equipped with wireless Internet, two 40 inch TVs, VCR, stereo and telephone. Views from every room are enjoyable and private. You are welcome to use the BBQ on your back deck. The Tuscany Villa property has a park like setting with rare Garry Oaks and beautiful gardens to enjoy. From the Tuscany Villa you can enjoy a view of Victoria while enjoying our lovely gardens of roses and fruits. Please shoo out the deer if they happen to be munching on the apples and berries.
