You are not going to get any closer to Victoria's downtown and harbour area in a property of this calibre, and be right next door to one the finest resorts in the city. Located in the highly desirable neighbourhood called the Songhees, the Songhees at Oceanpoint is executive living at its best. Come and experience Victoria in style, and stay in over two thousand square feet of recently renovated luxury townhouse. As you enter the executive townhouse through the front door you will be immediately welcomed by the spacious living room with fine leather furniture and large screen wall mounted television, formal dining area to enjoy with warming gas fireplace, and incredible full sized completely equipped gourmet kitchen for the chef in the family. The main level of the townhouse also boasts a full sized bedroom for additional guests and walk in shower bathing room. There are two private, fully secured, underground parking garages that are directly connected to the townhouse that are accessed from the main level. The parking garages have their own private doors within the underground parking, with one above the other and a staircase between the two that lead directly into the townhouse. Taking a walk up the stairs to the second floor you will notice the fine craftsmanship of the hard wood floors throughout and staircase railings. Walk Wharf Street along the harbour side for the spectacular views, cityscape, boats and yachts, and street side eateries. Once in the Inner Harbour causeway area you will experience street performers, carriage rides, the Empress Hotel, the Legislative Buildings, the Royal BC Museum, Undersea Gardens, and a plethora of activity providers who can take you whale watching, harbour cruising, fishing charters, and sea kayaking just to name a few. From the townhouse, walk the Songhees seawall path over to West Bay. Terrific ocean vistas, little coves, and beaches to explore. The Spectrum 4 complex is located across the street from Rogers Arena and is a 10-15 minute walk to Yaletown for shopping, fine dining and the wonderful seawall for afternoon and evening strolls. Minutes away is also historic Gastown where you can find the famous steam clock, historic buildings, tourist shopping and watching. Wonder over to downtown and Robson Street for hotels, shopping, sightseeing, fine dining, the new convention center, international cruise terminal , marina and a 10 minute bus ride to the world famous Stanley Park. The Stadium station of Skytrain is right across the street from Spectrum 4 providing fast and inexpensive transportation to downtown, Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Surrey and Coquitlam via train and to North Vancouver across Burrard Inlet via Seabus. The Spectrum 4 complex was completed in January 2008 and has won several 2008 awards for multi-family developments. It one of the hottest new properties in downtown Vancouver at this time. There is a 46 inch Sony Bravia LCD HDTV, complete with Sony surround sound home theater and DVD player. A portable air-conditioning cools down on hot summer days. The view to the South and West from this 31st floor, 2 bedroom condominium, is spectacular. You can see Mount Hood in Washington State to the southeast, Vancouver and Richmond to the south, downtown and Stanley Park to the West and Burrard Inlet, the cruise boat terminal and the North Shore Mountains to the north west. Each of the two bedrooms, the den and the living room have floor to ceiling glass walls to observe and enjoy the view through the daylight, evening and night landscapes. |
