| Description: Mountain View Suite is located one mile from the Olympic Curling Venue at Clinton Park and centrally located to all Vancouver has to offer. The Mountain View is an upper level suite in a recently celebrated Vancouver Special. The suite is newly renovated with a bright, modern kitchen and a front and back deck. The suite sleeps six people. The Master Bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a newly renovated en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom #2 has a double-bed, but can be furnished with two singles depending on your needs. The sizable living room has a pull-out double bed. The main hall bathroom is newly renovated with a tub and shower. The kitchen features a brand new gas stove, microwave and dishwasher as well as many small appliances. There are full laundry facilities right in the suite. Located an easy mile from the Olympic Curling venue and Nat Bailey Stadium, the suite is also a short bus ride to downtown Vancouver and GM Place, site of the hockey venue, 10 minutes by car to Olympic training venues including Trout Lake, Hillcrest Park and Killarney Community Center, and about 30 minutes by car from the Richmond Oval, speed skating venue. The suite is within walking distance to Fraser Street where ethnically diverse restaurants and shops abound as well as Main Street, a trendy shopping district filled with cafes, local artist galleries, antique markets, and interesting restaurants and shops. There are many parks and green spaces close by in this very family friendly neighborhood. It is about a 15-minute car ride from the Vancouver International Airport. |

This home is situated in Second Shaughnessy on a lovely and quiet residential street, and only a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, with buses that will take you in any direction in the city. Shops, banks, cafes and restaurants are within a 10-minute walk, while Oakridge Centre Mall - with top designer stores - is a 5-minute bus ride away. This home is very close to many of the Olympic venues in Richmond and Vancouver. The Airport, UBC, and Riley Park are all within a 10 to 15 minute drive, with downtown Vancouver just a 15 minute drive away. |
