Tucked away in the seaside community Chemainus, and perched overlooking the majestic Gulf Islands from Vancouver Island, is the amazing Beach House Suite.

The Beach House Suite is newly renovated in late 2022 to ensure guests can enjoy a beach house experience with sweeping views of the ocean and the islands that dot the coastline.
The property has been built for both indoor and outdoor ocean view living.
Spectacular sunrises are to be witnessed from the east facing windows and property.
Indoors you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for both adults and children.
The primary bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and ensuite with walk in shower.
The second bedroom comes with a new queen bed while the third bedroom has a bunk bed with singles best suited for children.
There is a full sized second bathroom located between the second and third bedrooms.
The well appointed living room space provides comfortable seating, bay view windows, AC, and smart TV to watch your favourite streaming services.
The open plan living room also has a large dining table that supports six diners with both chairs and bench style seating.
The fully equipped kitchen will ensure the chef in your group can create wonderful meals for your group to enjoy. There is additional seating and table for 4 in the kitchen nook.
Through the doors from the living room you can access the fully enclosed atrium with additional seating to bask in the views and a workstation which is just the right size for your laptop.
Enter the sundecks and patio living areas to live life outdoors with one of the most incredible sea views from your own backyard. Bring your camera! You will find ample comfortable outdoor seating, lounging furniture, and a gas powered fire pit (please note that the outdoor furniture does get winterized during the off season). Observe the marine wildlife that live both on air, land, and sea. If you are lucky, you may see whales from time to time.
The property includes parking for two vehicles and there is street parking. Bring your electric vehicle, we have a charger! The suite comes with both a washer and dryer for your convenience.
A short walk away is Kinsmen Beach Park with playground equipment and a wonderful beach to enjoy.
Take a stroll into the downtown area of Chemainus and view the world famous murals and explore the many shops and restaurants. Take in a dinner theatre experience at the Chemainus Theatre.
Located in the Cowichan Valley which is the heart of Vancouver Island’s wine country, no trip is complete without a tour of the local wineries which is rated one of the best in Canada.
Love hiking, off roading, or mountain biking? There are plenty of mountains, lakeside, and marine parks for all levels of experience. Check out the Hermit Trail or Fuller Lake Park in Chemainus.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach House in Chemainus
We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach House in Chemainus. We loved the home and the beautiful outdoor area with the view of the ocean. The hot tub was wonderful and we loved the fire table. The home itself is great - we loved the one level living especially with our toddler and infant. We had seen comments about the queen bed being too hard but my son found it to be fine. I actually slept on the bottom bunk in the small room and it was cozy. We really appreciated the early check in so that we could set up and get the kids down for a nap before dinner. Thank you Emr! Thank you for all the towels. The location is great. We walked through the lovely neighborhood to Kinsmen beach and a cafe and a few shops as well. It was easy to enter and exit - the door code worked well. We appreciated the parking as we had two cars. Thank you so much!
Beautiful property and we loved our stay
Beautiful property and we loved our stay. Suggestions for improvements: queen mattress was quite hard- suggest topper for improvement. Auto hall light - it stays on for 10-15 mins- suggest adjusting to less time so sleepers are not disturbed. There was no coffee maker other than keurig. Listing stated there would be a coffee maker and possibly additional keurig. A bit inconvenient.

This waterfront home in Chemainus was just what I needed for a great rest! Even on the one day it was cloudy & rained it was cozy and comfortable. The view is most spectacular and the "Harvest Moon" both over the ocean in the early evening and then at the back was breathtaking! The home is well equipped with everything you need to prepare snacks or full "chef delight" meals. I would go back again... wish I would have had the whole week there. I love Chemainus and the Beach House!

My family & I had a wonderful stay here in Chemainus
My family & I had a wonderful stay here in Chemainus. The house was exactly as described, tons of room for the littles to run around and a beautiful view to enjoy from the house and balcony. Extremely walkable location, only a 15 min walk into town and a 5 min walk to the beach/ playground.
The house was extremely clean, and the kitchen had everything you could ever need. Our only complaint was the queen-sized bed in the bedroom beside the living room - it was extremely firm and made for an uncomfortable sleep.
We will definitely be using EMR for any future accommodations moving forward.

Lovely house in a very good location. Amazing views from the terrace over the sea. Convenient for Duncan, a day trip to Victoria and visits to local islands from Chemainus ferry port within 10 mins walk from the house.

Incredible location, walking distance from beach and stores; fully stocked kitchen; plenty of seating places for a big family; hot tub was a nice treat. 10/10 recommend!
