This 820 square foot condo features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, lounge chair, flat screen TV, and gas fireplace. The living room area features a 32 inch flat screen HD TV, DVD player and another gas fireplace to enjoy. Granite countertops, dishwasher, convection/microwave oven, 12 cubic foot refrigerator, two-burner electric range along with a cupboards fully stocked with glass and dishware, pots and pans, and all the necessary small appliances will allow you to eat in.
If you prefer, you have a choice of two restaurants and a deli within walking distance or a six-minute drive into downtown Sidney where you have a generous choice of gourmet restaurants. The bathroom features separate shower, spacious soaker tub and heated bathroom floors. Dirty clothes? No problem. An in-suite full-size stacking washer-dryer unit are available for your use. The suite is equipped with an iron and ironing board. A private balcony with table and chairs await you to enjoy the views.

Convenient location in Sidney, close to water, marinas, restaurants, and areas to walk. Comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces for 2 people. Lots of wonderful details within the condo unit such as the fireplace and large spa-like bathroom and tub. Secure underground parking with elevator access. Beautiful grounds around the condo building.
Negative:
For short stays, a few more ‘starter’ kitchen amenities would be great such as a few coffee machine pods.

After cycling through Sidney a few times and enjoying the local vibe we decided to explore the area.
The location offers peace and quiet in a cul de sac setting near the waterfront but with limited walk-ability options.
The apartment is as shown, clean and comfortable. The decor may be a time collage for older guests to figure out but the king size bed is very comfortable and having a choice of sitting options makes all accommodations better.
