Can I book activities if I’m not staying with EMR?
You can browse available experiences, but exclusive pricing and EMR Rebate Credits are only available to guests with a confirmed EMR Vacation Rentals booking.
Where do I find my guest code?
Your guest code is included in your booking confirmation and welcome email. You’ll use it at checkout with our activity partners to unlock exclusive EMR guest pricing and perks.
Do I need to book activities in advance?
We strongly recommend it. Many of the most popular experiences on Vancouver Island have limited availability, especially during peak travel periods. Booking early ensures you get the dates and experiences you want.
What kind of activities can I book?
You’ll find a curated mix of experiences including guided tours, outdoor adventures, equipment rentals, and local experiences across Vancouver Island. Each option is selected to complement your stay and help you experience the region like a local.
Who runs the activities?
All activities are operated by trusted local companies. EMR partners with established, highly rated providers to ensure a reliable and high-quality experience from start to finish.
Do I still get EMR perks when I book?
Yes. When you book through our partners using your guest code, you’ll receive exclusive rates and, in many cases, an EMR Rebate Credit.
What is an EMR Rebate Credit?
EMR Rebate Credits are earned when you book eligible activities. These credits can be applied toward a future stay with EMR or used for premium welcome upgrades, such as curated arrival baskets.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies are set by each activity provider. Most offer a full refund when cancellations are made at least 48 hours in advance, but details will always be listed on the booking page before you confirm.
