Through the front door, a large foyer bathed in natural light greets you, opening up to a serene lounge area with a beautiful baby grand piano, wood stove, plush leather sectional and a home theater. Its the perfect space to become a private stage for you aspiring maestros, host a spirited game of charades or curl up with your favourite nightcap and movie.

Farmhouse-meets-Michelin star in the bright, spacious, open-plan kitchen, where top-of-the-line appliances, stainless steel counter tops and a six-burner gas range provide a canvas for your next culinary masterpiece even a grilled-cheese sandwich is going to taste better in this kitchen.

On those sunny days, take advantage of outdoor living on the impressive patio that includes a full barbeque kitchen, large dining table, generous lounge seating.

During the summer months, head to the pool deck where you can cool off in the naturally-heated pool and enjoy poolside sunbathing.

Three bright bedrooms, an office and a spacious bathroom with a stacked washer and dryer will comfortably accommodate you and your guests.

With easy access to the Island Highway, everything you need is closer than you think. A short trip north, you'll find Mill Bay Center a quaint but robust shopping center with a local market, pharmacy and so much more. Short drive south takes you to the one of British Columbia's fastest growing communities of Langford that has broad array of shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences

Nature lovers rejoice! Between swimming in picturesque Shawnigan Lake, visiting the world-famous Goldstream Provincial Park and walking the extensive Cowichan Valley Trail, you have your pick of some truly stunning nature adventures. If the great outdoors aren't to your taste, visit one of the many Cowichan Valley wineries that offer tantalizing potables for even the most refined palate.

Have a hankering for some local fare? You can find some of the Islands top rated restaurants close by. PAYMENTS REQUIRED

The first payment is a deposit of 50% of the accommodation total plus applicable taxes due at time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to occupancy. Damage deposits are a pre-authorized hold on your credit card and are collected only if deemed necessary.
