We did have the following problems; the toilet flushed 9 to 14 times after each flush. Our phone did not work for over 10 days so we had to wait until building repairman was working to be able to report it. It took 5 more days to repair. We had to go down on the floor to turn on and off the water in able to use the toilet. When it was fixed it still half flushed about 8 or nine more times. The phone finally started to work after 10 days - the building manager nicely let us use the phone in the board room until it was fixed. I wish there were some instructions as what to do when the wedding music in the garden and The Latch continued loudly after midnight. We did enjoy our stay and the unit was quite nice except for the toilet and phone problems.
