The building offers the convenience of gated underground parking and newly upgraded laundry facilities.

The contemporary design of this fully furnished, 550 sq. ft. one bedroom condo will appeal to everyone. Newly renovated, with an open plan design, the front door leads directly into the heart of the living space. A modern, fully equipped kitchen includes brand new, stainless steel appliances, glass fronted cabinets, molded resin countertops and glass tile accents. Directly off the kitchen is the dining area. Large enough to seat four comfortably, it provides extra storage space with a spacious sidebar. The living area provides ample seating with a chaise lounge attached sofa, arm chair and large ottoman with foldaway single bed. The 32 LCD TV with surround sound and DVD player are perfect for those quiet nights spent inside. Cable TV, high speed internet and telephone are included. The large bay window and glassed doors of the balcony provide abundant light and a fabulous view of the city. A glass wall separates the living area from a sleeping area replete with queen sized bed and a large closet with plenty of storage. Sand-coloured Travertine tiles, luxury linens, a rain shower and soaker tub provide a calming, spa feel in the bathroom.

The condo is centrally located in Downtown Vancouver. It's close to all major bus routes and within a short drive to Vancouver International Airport, the Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal, to Vancouver Island and the Sea-to-Sky Highway to Whistler Village. A short 15 minute walk will take you to BC Place and GM Place. Science World, Historic Gastown, Chinatown and trendy Yaletown are all within short walking distances. The renowned Robson Street shopping district and Pacific Centre Shopping Mall are a short jaunt up the road. Surrounded by a 9km seawall, Stanley Park offers a beautiful green space right at your fingertips. The downtown core offers extensive dining options, cafes, bookshops and theatres. The Aquabus Ferry, located within 5 minutes of the condo, provides a quick way across False Creek to Granville Island, an artistic and creative tourist spot area featuring a public market, a variety of shops, microbrewery and terrific seaside dining areas.

PAYMENTS REQUIRED

The first payment is a deposit of 50% of the accommodation total plus applicable taxes due at time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to occupancy. Damage deposits are a pre-authorized hold on your credit card and are collected only if deemed necessary.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and a Bank Wire Transfer are all accepted methods of payment. All payments are in Canadian dollars. All reservations must be secured by a credit card.
