Welcome to the Bayview 201, you're right in the centre of one of the most popular recreational areas on Vancouver Island. The charming Oceanside community of Parksville is known as the jewel of Vancouver Island and has been discovered as one of the Islands premier resort and residential communities. Nestled beside the sea and sheltered by mountains, its blessed with one of the finest climates in Canada.

Parksville is located in the fast-growing tourism region of Oceanside, justifiably famous for its magnificent sandy beaches with stunning views of coastal mountain ranges and lush temperate forests. Stretching from Parksville in the south up to Qualicum Beach, the Oceanside area is a beachcombers paradise.

The Bayview 201 is beautifully appointed with all the modern amenities of home. Each unit has two bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 twins plus an additional queen sized sofa bed in the living room for that extra special person. The master bedroom includes a full ensuite as well as another full bathroom in the condo for additional guests. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils required by the chef in your family. The kitchen countertops are made with fine granite. Living room includes comfortable furniture to relax and socialize or watch movies in the wide screen television. The building includes fitness equipment to keep in shape while staying at the Bayview and large common sitting area for meeting your new friends or socializing with family. PAYMENTS REQUIRED

The first payment is a deposit of 50% of the accommodation total plus applicable taxes due at time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to occupancy. Damage deposits are a pre-authorized hold on your credit card and are collected only if deemed necessary.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and a Bank Wire Transfer are all accepted methods of payment. All payments are in Canadian dollars. All reservations must be secured by a credit card.

The facilities in the apartment were good but the balcony wasn't clean and the outdoor furniture inadequate. It would also have been nice to have a decent supply of toilet paper.
We didn't receive the key for the car park under the building despite being promised it. This was an inconvenience as it rained a lot during our week!
The booking service was very good - highly efficient and very helpful. Couldn't fault this.
