Fun, adventure,and stunning scenery are just off your doorstep in one of Victoria's most desirable seaside locations, Clover Point House. This cozy century old charmer is located on a quiet cul-de-sac just steps away from Dallas Road Beach and Park where you can take in the postcard views of the Olympic Mountains, Juan de Fuca Strait, and the Sooke Hills. Walk for miles along the beach as kites and para-sailers float above as you enjoy watching all kinds of ships, windsurfers, sunrises and sunsets from the shores of this extraordinary location.
Clover Point House is a beautiful Victorian heritage home offering its guests a newly renovated, fully outfitted kitchen. The property has an easy flow with an open concept kitchen, dining and living area. There is a bonus nook that is bright and cozy, an excellent spot to read and rejuvenate in. Colored light filters in to the house through century old stained glass windows throughout the main floor. There are hardwood floors upstairs and downstairs that add to the classic style of the house. The comfortable living room has a large bay window that looks onto the front garden. This room features a gas fireplace,television, DVD player, and stereo. The dining room is large and bright and opens to the kitchen, and has a lovely Roland digital piano with weighted keys.
The second floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom at the front of the house has high ceilings and a view of the ocean and the sunrise. This room has a beautiful decor and has a comfortable queen sized bed. The second bedroom offers a cozy double bed and have been appointed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The third bedroom offers a single futon and also provides some office space as well. The private red brick courtyard in the back has bountiful, trellised black berries in August, potted flowers and herbs, and patio table and chairs for summer dining.
Within a short walk or an easy bike ride are the shops and bistros of Cook Street Village, which line the edge of Beacon Hill Park. Here you can meander for hours by the duck ponds, gardens, stone bridges, and a petting zoo. There is even a putting green for the pro or novice in your group. Once you are at Beacon Hill you are just steps away from the grounds of historic St. Anne's Academy and just beyond that the heart of downtown. A kilometre up the hill from your home base is Moss Rock Park which offers storybook views of the neighbourhood and just beyond that the Lieutenant Governor's mansion where you are welcome to stroll in the manicured gardens. On a Saturday, you can stroll home by Moss Street Market where you can find beautiful homemade goodies and local organic produce. While enjoying your Saturday at the market be sure and take a moment to enjoy a bit of music and a host of talented artisans.

The first payment is a deposit of 50% of the accommodation total plus applicable taxes due at time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to occupancy. Damage deposits are a pre-authorized hold on your credit card and are collected only if deemed necessary.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and a Bank Wire Transfer are all accepted methods of payment. All payments are in Canadian dollars. All reservations must be secured by a credit card.

Very nice house with a personal and cosy touch, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to rent it again. A microwave was however missing, especially for a family with kids.
