Located just minutes from Buchart Gardens by car or by boat, this area of Saanich is well known for its natural beauty and tranquility. To reach Tranquility Point you must drive a short distance off the beaten path, through the spectacular Gowland Todd Provincial Park down to the ocean and a small residential community surrounded by water and parkland. While the home is away from the hustle of the city, it is conveniently located geographically between Victoria International Airport and the BC Ferries terminal at Swartz Bay, both just minutes away by car. With a short drive to the Patricia Bay Highway, the city of Victoria is about 20 minutes drive. Access is also easy to the TransCanada highway for travel up Vancouver Island. The home itself is perched on the side of an incline rising up from the calm waters of a small bay off of the Saanich Inlet. The area directly across from the property is nicely forested and provides an excellent backdrop to the spectacular ocean views. You enter the home on the middle level. Going up one level you find yourself in a large room with spectacular views up the inlet.
