There are hardwood floors throughout except in the master bedroom where you will find a clean modern carpet to walk on.

Great amenities include the rooftop Club W with a large fitness center, pool table area, outdoor BBQ area, hot tub, and even a rock climbing wall!

The location is terrific. Downstairs of the condo you will find JJ Bean Coffee shop, London Drugs, TD Canada Trust Bank, and Nesters Market. And only a few steps take you in to the downtown core, Gastown, International Village/Chinatown and its only minutes to SkyTrain and public transit.
