Lendumar on Bear is a charming 1200 square foot brand-new home on 10 acres of land. Situated in an exclusive area of Kelowna, just minutes from downtown, it is conveniently located close to golf, beaches, downhill and cross country skiing.

Guests can go hiking, snowmobiling and or ATV from the front door. With access to fire-pit, barn, hay shed, fenced paddocks and a riding circle, guests are welcome to bring their pets including horses, cats & dogs. This location also lends itself to horseback and hiking exploration with easy access to extensive trails. Wine tours, beach, golf, skiing, hunting, hiking, horseback riding are all activities accessible within a reasonable distance from the Lendumar on Bear property.

The home is well equipped featuring a main floor bedroom furnished with a King-Size bed. The second floor bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed and a loft with a single bed. Also on the second floor there are two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace and a laundry facility. The living area has high-speed broadband internet service and satellite television, to keep our guests in touch with the world. With all the comforts of home, Lendumar on Bear will allow for you to enjoying yourself immediately.

PAYMENTS REQUIRED
Rates are based on up to 4 person occupancy to a maximum of eight people. Over four people a charge of $30. per person will apply.
Note: 10% of the rent is required within 24 hours to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $300 is required on booking date. If you cancel anytime, payments (less $300) are refunded if unit is re-rented.
