The location of the house, in the beautiful Arbutus area, is perfectly situated to allow easy access to the best of Victoria, within walking distance to the beach, walking trails, University of Victoria and Cadboro Bay Village.

The house has 7 bedrooms, 4 baths and 2 kitchens. The linens and furniture reflect the Victorian style with many antiques with a mix of modern for a comfortable feel. All bedrooms have TV's and DVD players, ideal for those wanting to escape the large group for some time alone. One of the bedrooms features a deluxe massage chair where adults can relax by the fireplace. For those people wanting more privacy there is a 1 bedroom suite with kitchen and bathroom. The well-designed kitchen in the main house is ideal for entertaining large groups, fully stocked with everything the family needs. The dining table seats 10 to 12 people with additional seating on the granite island.

The landscaped backyard provides a sunny escape from the bustle of the house. In the evening, sip a drink under the covered patio, while enjoying the back yard garden. In the morning, take a stroll down to the beach just a few minutes walk away. Take care of business easily with the high speed internet access, free unlimited phone and fax usage, Canada & USA only, and use of the fax machine.

Downtown Victoria is only a 10 minute drive away. Victoria International Airport and the ferry terminals are also conveniently located.
