Description and Map

The Falls is Victoria's newest executive style condo development only 1 block from the World Famous Inner Harbour. This modern building has it all the one could desire while staying in Victoria, boasting an incredible location with terrific building amenities, world class shopping and restaurants, tourist attractions, green spaces and parks, all located in heart of the city's business district.

The Falls 4 includes state of the art kitchen appliances while stocked with all the utensils and cookware required for the chef in the group. There are granite counter-tops throughout the kitchen area and the island also serves as a breakfast bar. The living room is large and spacious with comfortable seating to socialize, or gather to watch your favourite television shows on the large wide screen TV, or to sit at the desk to catch up on business while connecting to the wireless internet service. Access to the balcony is from the living room with terrific views of the Empress Hotel and the city centre. Enjoy a cup of tea on a beautiful day while sitting at the bistro table and chair set on the balcony.

The Falls 4 has two full bedrooms and bathrooms for its guests. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed, large walk in closet, its own flat screen television, and immaculate ensuite boasting both a His and Her sinks, soaker tub, and walk in shower. The second bedroom is perfect for having additional guests or family members with two twin beds and its own private television. The second bathroom features a large walk in shower to ensure your additional guests only get the best.

If you work hard to keep yourself fit there is a state of the art fitness room with all the equipment you need to stay in shape. A seasonal outdoor swimming pool and year round in-ground hot tub spa to use to relax you muscles after a good work out or a day spent walking and exploring the city. On a nice hot sunny day, bask in the sun on the deck chairs around the pool or sit in the shade poolside in one of the couch and table sets. There is a meeting room and an outdoor fireplace lounge deck side to use for business or pleasure. A beautiful waterfall cascades down the side of the building to the pool level deck providing a west coast ambiance of flowing waters in a temperate rain forest region. The inner courtyard has lovely gardens and artificial flowing streams to give you a place to escape from the city within the city.

The Falls 4 is conveniently located in the heart of Victoria. Only minutes away from every amenity needed that a city can provide. Walk to Beacon Hill Park and feed the ducks. Take a stroll to the Inner Harbour causeway and enjoy various performing buskers and artists that line the way. The world renowned Royal British Columbia Museum is only a couple blocks away with traveling exhibitions, year round displays and IMAX Theatre. Countless shops and restaurants call Victoria home catering to all interests from the cosmopolitan to the casual. Take a trip whale watching, a scenic boat ride, a fishing charter, a ghostly evening walking tour of the old town, go shopping at one of the many open air seasonal markets, explore the legislative buildings of British Columbia, take a bus tour to Butchart Gardens, walk where royalty have walked in the Empress Hotel, or jog the coastline while viewing the inner harbour or majestic Olympic Mountain range. There is so much one can do in Victoria it can take a life time to experience it all.

The Falls 4 is close to all modes of transportation. Local public transportation is at your door step. Pacific Coach Lines is one block away for Vancouver Airport or downtown Vancouver bus service. The Victoria Airport is 30 minutes away. Ferries to Washington State leave from the Inner Harbour. Ferries to Vancouver and the Lower Mainland are 30 minutes drive away. Float plane service from Seattle and Vancouver serviced daily into Victoria. Passenger only ferry services to Seattle on the Clipper is available daily.

Please note that the building swimming pool is open seasonally from approximately mid May to mid October weather permitting

Due to maintenance work, break downs, building bylaw changes, or any reason that could prevent access during a guest stay to any common area amenities will not be compensated.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and a Bank Wire Transfer are all accepted methods of payment. All payments are in Canadian dollars. All reservations must be secured by a credit card.

The accommodation was just like the pictures and description. It was very comfortable for our family of 4 with 2 children. The location was central and we could walk everywhere.
