There is a fire pit on the sandy shore which is a great gathering spot for friends and family. You can also easily launch your canoe or kayak into the water from this low banked oceanfront lot. There is a fish pond on the north side of the property and large lawn areas for bocce, badminton and horseshoes. Sip your morning coffee from shore side chairs nestled on the lawn or from one of the three decks providing ample space for a quiet perspective of the bay. .
